Account details you give us (name, business, email, phone), the financial and filing data needed to prepare your returns, and basic usage data to run and improve the service.
Only to prepare, explain and file your obligations, to support your account, and to keep you informed about deadlines and your filings. We do not sell your data.
Where you connect FBR IRIS, SECP e-Services or similar, we use read-only access wherever possible and never store your portal passwords.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using TLS 1.3 and AES-256. Access is role-based, so only your team and the people working on your account can see your information.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Akountmate (e.g. secure hosting and email), and with the relevant authority when filing on your behalf with your approval — never for advertising.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to export it, at any time. Email support@akountmate.com and we’ll help.
