These terms govern your use of Akountmate. By using the service you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email support@akountmate.com before you proceed.
Akountmate prepares your filings and financial records, explains them, and — with your approval — files them with the relevant authorities. Tools and content are provided to help you understand your obligations; they are not a substitute for formal legal or tax advice.
Nothing is submitted on your behalf without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing what we prepare and for confirming it before filing.
You agree to give accurate, complete and timely information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to respond to approval requests in time to meet deadlines. Akountmate is not liable for penalties caused by late or missing information or approvals.
Paid plans are billed as shown at sign-up. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Akountmate’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using Akountmate at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment, with notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
